Compliance Officer-Qualified (CO-Q) Certificate Application

All candidates for the CO-Q certificate must submit an application and be approved before purchasing the Compliance Officer-Qualified (CO-Q) Certificate Program — Entire Package (course and examination) product or the Compliance Officer-Qualified (CO-Q) Program Examination Only product.

Please note that there are no exceptions to this rule. All candidates seeking the CO-Q certificate must be vetted by the Med-Net Credentialing Committee before they will be allowed to access the program materials and/or complete the examination.

Current Med-Net Compliance clients and NADONA members are not required to pay the $25.00 application fee. Med-Net clients and NADONA members may bypass this payment step and click here to download the application. Please note that client and/or membership status will be verified.
