The full program of study designed to prepare candidates to lead an effective Compliance and Ethics Program according to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements.

The content material is a comprehensive review of the OIG’s Seven Elements of an Effective Compliance Program needed to establish and maintain an effective compliance and ethics program.

Med-Net’s CO-Q Certificate Program sessions have been reviewed and approved by the National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Board’s (NAB) National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) for continuing education credit for nursing home administrators and the Florida Board of Nursing for nurses.

Potential candidates for the CO-Q Entire Package product and the CO-Q Examination Only product are advised that they must first ensure they are eligible for the program by submitting the application form, which can be downloaded here.

Please also ensure that once downloaded, the application form must be returned along with an assessment fee of $25, which can be paid by purchasing the  Compliance Officer-Qualified (CO-Q) Designation Application product.

This $25 fee is waived for Med-Net clients. Client status will be verified.
