Directions:  The Facility administrator, in collaboration with designated staff will:

  1. Review the Medical Director responsibilities listed and determine to what degree they are executed using the rating scale noted.
  2. Analyze areas that are partially met or not met and identify a corrective action plan.
  3. It is suggested that the QAPI Committee share the findings and action plan with the Compliance and Ethics Committee as appropriate.
