All candidates for the CO-Q renewal must submit an application and be approved before purchasing the Compliance Officer-Qualified (CO-Q) Renewal Cluster product.

Current Med-Net Compliance clients are not required to pay the $25.00 application fee. Med-Net clients may bypass this payment step and click here to download the application. Please note that client status will be verified.
