The purpose of this document is to ensure that Medical Director responsibilities align with the facility\u2019s Compliance and Ethics Program as required by law and regulation.<\/p>\n

Directions:\u00a0 The Facility administrator, in collaboration with designated staff will:<\/p>\n

  1. Review the Medical Director responsibilities listed and determine to what degree they are executed using the rating scale noted.<\/li>\n
  2. Analyze areas that are partially met or not met and identify a corrective action plan.<\/li>\n
  3. It is suggested that the QAPI Committee share the findings and action plan with the Compliance and Ethics Committee as appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
